The EIS is a two-and-a-half year study phase, during which time all potential environmental impacts of the proposed project are thoroughly evaluated and documented. An in-depth analysis is being performed to investigate the following:
Socioeconomics and land use, including zoning, community facilities, neighborhood cohesion, visual quality/aesthetics, and environmental justice
Mitigation of impacts
Cultural, historic and architectural resources
Natural & biological resources, including soils, geology, groundwater, surfact water, vegetation and wildlife
