Overview

Purpose & need of the I-515 Corridor Study The proposed project to improve the I-515 Corridor addresses the short- and long-term needs to accommodate interstate traffic through Las Vegas and local traffic in the southeastern region of the Las Vegas Valley.

Improvements are proposed in response to the continued growth of both interstate and commuter travel within the Las Vegas Valley.

Improvements will:

The Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) phase of this study will conclude at the end of 2007.

 

Proposed enhancements would reduce current traffic congestion in the valley along I-515.
